Fairfax County Public Library offers free information resources, study and meeting space at 22 branches to help you plan, start and expand your business or nonprofit. Discover print and online resources that will facilitate your demographic and market research, help you train your staff and more.
Cardholders have free online access to full-text business information archives from Proquest and EBSCO publishers, AtoZ Databases and Mergent Intellect for industry and market research and lead generation, LinkedIn Learning for staff training, Gale Legal Forms and much more!
For nonprofits, staff at three of our branches provide assistance in researching grant opportunities and using nonprofit directory. Small business owners and entrepreneurs can get help with accessing sample business plans, locating customer demographic information and researching their industry and market outlook. While our primary focus is providing services to those who live or work in Fairfax County, most of our information resources and programs are open to anyone who visits our libraries or has our library card. Our library has reciprocal card agreements with all other local jurisdictions in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
