Celebrate Fairfax is a dynamic 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the vibrant Fairfax County community since 1981. Our mission is to connect and celebrate the community through a diverse range of events, placemaking initiatives, and special programs that foster unity, engagement, and a sense of belonging.

As a community-driven organization, Celebrate Fairfax strives to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Fairfax County. We firmly believe that by bringing people together, we can build a stronger, more connected community where individuals and families thrive. Through our three core services, namely events, placemaking, and special initiatives, we work diligently to create inclusive experiences that strengthen a sense of pride and togetherness.

Events:

At Celebrate Fairfax, we organize and host an array of exceptional events throughout the year that appeal to people of all ages and interests. Our events are free for attendees, making them accessible for many to have fun and learn about important community resources. Non-profit organizations are able to participate at no charge so that they can share details about their meaningful missions and services.

Placemaking:

We believe in the power of transforming public spaces into vibrant, welcoming environments that encourage community interaction and connection. Celebrate Fairfax spearheads placemaking initiatives to revitalize and activate community spaces, such as The PARC at Tysons. Through art installations, beautification projects, maker markets, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to create inviting spaces that reflect the unique character of Fairfax County and inspire a sense of pride and belonging.

Special Initiatives:

Connecting and celebrating the community goes beyond events and placemaking.
