Fairfax County Farmers Markets Vendor Information

Fairfax County operates 10 farmers markets across Fairfax County under the Fairfax County Park Authority. Our mission is to provide residents access to locally grown products and create market opportunities for area farmers and food producers.

2024 Farmers Market Vendor Applications

  • The 2024 Farmers Market Vendor application submissions have closed.
  • Our application for pop-up vendors will open later this spring.
  • Vendors who have submitted application with be notified on Feb. 16 if they were selected. For selected applicants, Market fee payments, insurance documents and paperwork are due March 1.

 

The Fairfax County Park Authority operates 10 farmers markets across Fairfax County, Va. Our farmers market program strives to increase access to local food, improve the health of Fairfax citizens, support local food producers and protect the environment.

Join us and become a vendor in our markets!

Do you qualify?

  • Our markets are strictly producer-only, meaning you must grow, raise or make from scratch all products you sell. Distributors, re-selling or brokers are strictly prohibited.
  • All produce grown, meat raised, and other products made must be within 125-mile radius of Fairfax County.
  • We do not accept vendors that sell olives, chocolates or other non-local products. We make an exception for locally roasted coffee.
  • We do not accept any craft vendors or food trucks.
  • Fairfax County Farmers Markets only allow the sale of food items, and do not offer space to crafts vendors or other commercial businesses. Community Use Areas are available directly outside of our markets for non-profits, political organizations, and community groups to use on a first come, first served basis.
