Step-by-Step Guidance for Entrepreneurship Developers/Resource Partners

Instructions on how to submit an event to the Fairfax CORE calendar of events.

  1. Click on the “Events & Information” tab and select “Calendar
  2. Find the blue “Submit your event” button which is located on the top part of the page.
  3. Fill out the form and submit your event. Please complete the reCAPTCHA to prove that you are not a robot.
  4. Upon submission, our team will review your event, and once approved, it will be searchable on the calendar.

Instructions on how to update your profile.

  1. Click on The Resource Navigator
  2. Scroll down and use the “keyword” search box and enter a word from your organization’s name.
  3. Click the blue “Filter Resources” button.
  4. Find your organization and click on the name.
    • If your organization doesn’t show up, try another word from its name and repeat the search.
  5. The “Update your profile” link is located on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
  6. Enter the provide email address as the “contact.” If the email address is correct, you’ll receive a “Magic Link.”
  7. The “Magic Link” will be active for 30 minutes.
  8. Once you receive the email with the magic link, follow the instructions and make the necessary edits.
  9. Please complete the reCAPTCHA to prove that you are not a robot.
  10. Click “Submit My Profile”
